With that in mind, we developed a social media campaign that provided real-time answers to their questions.

Through Twitter, Facebook and online videos, social engagement with the brand set records for numbers of followers (over 17,000 followers in 6 months) and increased engagement levels. Customers were eager to find out how CenturyLink could help their business right then and there.
