Scott Elser

Scott has redefined the meaning of “integrated solution”. He is widely regarded as a true business partner across the spectrum of Launchpad’s client roster and a firm believer that “agency as strategic partner” are more than just words.
Scott began his career on the client side at AT&T where he spent more than a decade leading organizations in sales, marketing, operations and advertising. On the agency side at McCann and Grey he consistently led the charge toward defining the next generation of agency model by breaking down the traditional “silos” and pursuing full integration.
To date Scott has fostered integrated relationship and developed highly successful programs with marquee brands including CenturyLink, BellSouth, Xbox, Nokia, Sprint, Gateway, Verizon Wireless, Lehman Brothers and Aetna.

Over the past three years David has played an integral role securing and leading a range of Clients at Launchpad including CenturyLink Business (B2B AOR), NDBH (Digital AOR), PulsePoint (Digital AOR), The Wall Street Journal and Conde Nast.
 

He has worked to ensure that the agency continually pushes the thinking across a wide array of initiatives spanning traditional and digital spectrums.

Noah leads the creative team in producing purpose driven, award-winning work across our portfolio of brands.

Prior to Launchpad, he’s served creative tenures at Fathom, TracyLocke and McCann-Erickson developing cross-discipline campaigns for a range of global brands including a range of clients including HTC, LG, Xbox, Verizon Wireless, Absolut, Pepsi, and Knoll.

His work has been featured in The New York Times, LA Times, New York Magazine, Huffington Post, Gawker, Communication Arts, and 7 international film festivals, including a world premier at International Film Festival Rotterdam and a screening at Cannes.

Phone and Internet deals often trumpet their low prices, while they quietly raise their rates a few months after the consumer has signed up. That’s why Launchpad worked with FairPoint to create a deal in keeping with the provider’s straight-talk, people-first attitude. With the Stay & Save offer, we rewarded customer loyalty  by doing the unthinkable — actually lowering rates the longer the customer stayed with FairPoint. The result? Consumer demand was so great, FairPoint had to slow down our campaign in order to let their call centers catch up.

Pat Tillman Foundation

We believe in giving back, and we are proud to support the Pat Tillman Foundation, an organization that invests in military veterans and their spouses through education scholarships while also building a diverse community of leaders who will serve our country for years to come. This year, we created a brand new website, brochure, invitations and videos to create a unified foundation brand message that has sense helped the foundation gain additional awards and donations.

Ice Mountain Direct is a regional service that delivers Nestle beverages to your home or office. So how did we emphasize the charm and appeal of this convenient, delicious service? By using a dash of playful innuendo and a simple message: let Ice Mountain Direct seduce you.


Nimble TV

Nimble came to us with the technology; the rest was up was to us. We created the user interface, the identity and the name. We also created the microsite, and implemented a social and digital program that attracted more than 80,000 eager fans to try this fantastic new product.


No Fear

The popular 90s brand had lost all relevance by the time we were called in to rebrand the company. And rebrand we did. We recreated No Fear at the consumer and retailer level, and put the brand back on people’s radars. And back in stores where it belonged.
